FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I add more than one topping to my cup at the Bubble Tea Bar?
YES! Please do! You can even mix Tea flavours if you're feeling adventurous.
What toppings and flavours do you recommend?
Black boba pearls are the crowd favourite but rainbow jelly and passionfruit popping boba do come close behind. Black Milk Tea is the most popular but our Taro Milk and Wintermelon are also popular picks. We recommend you visit us in store to find the flavour that suits you.
What package do you recommend?
Our Gold package is the most popular with 3 flavours and 4 toppings. It also includes a free in store tasting to help you decide your menu.
How much space do you need?
The smallest space we need is 3.5m x 3m. We can do a site visit to make sure our cart can be safely carried in.
How many can you cater for?
Anywhere from 100 to 5000 cups. We can even setup a large bar or even multiple bubble tea hubs for large location events. Just contact us for details.
Do you have different cup sizes?
We do! However our 420ml cups are the perfect serving for events. Please let us know if you want larger take home cups on enquiry.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We can cater almost all of your dietary requirements. Please contact us with your needs.
I'd love to have the bubble tea bar but can we have some cups pre-made?
Yes you can, but we highly encourage all guests experience the fun of making their own bubble tea
Can I add more time to the bubble tea service?
Yes we can add more staff time to our gold and platinum packages. As a guide, our bubble tea bar comfortably serves a line of 200 guests in under 60 minutes.
What is in the Tasting Delivery pack?
Our platinum package includes a tasting pack of 5 flavours and 5 toppings in mini cups that are delivered right to you. We offer this as a convenience if you aren't able to visit us in store.
BUBBLE TEA HIRE CART
Bubble Tea hire carts are an elegant way to display your bubble tea and please the eyes as well as the tastebuds of your guests. A refreshing drinks cart is a pleasant surprise for guests after the wedding ceremony, during pre-meal canapes at their reception or even with dessert. From luscious florals to colourful balloons, our white carts can be decorated however you'd like to suit your event theme. The cart can also be disassembled, making it super easy to transport and setup in any indoor or outdoor space. Hire Carts are our most popular add-on and we only have a few, so please contact us for availability so you don't miss out!

We can travel to almost anywhere in Melbourne, as long we have close by parking to move our equipment and can safely transport our equipment to the service area. No stairs, nor tiny service elevators can stop us bringing you Melbourne's best bubble tea bar. For function venues, we can also setup at the bar, freeing up any precious floor space. We have serviced Product Launches, University Open Days, Orientation Weeks, School festivals, After Church Worship refreshments and of course Weddings and Birthday Parties.

Everyone loved the thai milk tea and taro milk. The staff were very friendly. They did a great job.
Great tasting bubble tea and I always refer them for events. They are always kind and patient with our clients and their needs. Keep it up guys.
I first tried them at a wedding last year and had them come for my 21st birthday. My friends loved that you could add more than one topping which no one lets you do.
