      What is included in the claw machine hire?

      Our claw machine hire includes a fully operational, freestanding claw machine with delivery, setup & pack up.

      How long is the hire period?

      Standard hire is up to 5 hours, but we offer flexible packages with full-day hires and multi-day activations.

      Can we customise the prizes inside the machine?

      Yes! A key is provided to stock & arrange your BYO prizes inside the machine. You can also choose to purchase prizes from our gallery (plush toys, lollies, gacha etc)

      Is the claw machine suitable for weddings and corporate events?

      Absolutely. Claw machines are a hit at weddings, corporate events, birthdays, school events, and brand activations. They’re great for both kids and adults.

      Does the machine require power?

      Yes, the machine requires access to a 240V 10 Amp power outlet. We can advise on generator options if your venue doesn’t have power nearby.

      Do you provide an attendant?

      We offer an attendant for an additional $80 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours. An attendant is recommended for events with 120+ guests to keep long lines moving and attend to technical issues quickly. An attendant is mandatory for events with more than 7 children under 18 years old in attendance.

      How much space is needed?

      We recommend allowing a 2.5m x 2.5m floor space for the machine and for guests to play comfortably

      Can the machine be branded?

      Yes. We can customise the machine with your logo, event signage, or themed wraps perfect for corporate events and marketing activations

      How many people can use it during an event?

      The claw machine can typically entertain 40–100+ guests over a few hours, depending on usage and event flow.

      Is it difficult to win a prize?

      We can adjust the claw strength depending on your preference and package choice: Easier for more wins and a fun for kids or Harder for more challenges, repeat plays and high end prizes

      What areas do you service?

      We service Melbourne and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zone.

      Do you require a deposit?

      Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event

      What if there is a problem with our claw machine hire?

      If you have an attended hire, staff handle everything on-site. For self-serve hires, a troubleshooting guide and phone number for tech support is provided. Also, if required, we’ll return onsite to resolve the issue promptly.

      How many days ahead must I book the machine?

      Although we recommended to be notified as early as possible, custom wraps take a minimum 5 days’ notice to prepare but 14 days is ideal.
